1. Who provides the service
Lisbon Math is provided by Descobrilança Unipessoal LDA, NIPC 516940503, R. 2 da Matinha, 5D, 1950-326 Lisboa, Portugal. Contact: info@lisbonmath.one. By using the app you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using it.
2. Accounts and age
Only a person aged 18 or over may create an account. The cards themselves can be used without signing in. A parent who adds a child profile is responsible for the data entered there and may delete it at any time.
3. What the service is
Lisbon Math is an educational practice tool. We make no promise about grades, exam results or any other learning outcome. We aim for accurate problems and explanations but do not guarantee every card is error-free — tell us if you spot a mistake.
4. The assistant
The assistant is a helper built on a language model. It can be wrong, and its answers do not replace a teacher. Please do not type personal data into it.
5. Content and use
The cards, texts and problem sets are ours. Using them with your own class or family is welcome. Copying, republishing or reselling them is not allowed. You also agree not to use the app unlawfully or to disrupt it.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of content in the app. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date below.
8. Applicable law and disputes
Portuguese law applies, and the courts of Lisboa have jurisdiction. As a consumer you may also turn to the competent Portuguese consumer arbitration entity — CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo. For anything else, write to info@lisbonmath.one.
